META-IPOL SERIES - are an automatic polishing machine using advanced INDIVIDUAL FORCE sample preparation capabilities. This series comes with a single wheel automatic polisher with the individual force for doing up to 6 samples and comes in dual wheel automatic polisher with individual force system doing up to 6 samples. It is ap-applicable for rough and fine grinding/polishing processes. This series adopts the advanced micrometer control system, which makes a grinding disc and grinding head speed step-less adjustable, sample preparation pressure and time setting. The machine has the following features such as optional grinding disc rotation, quick-change grinding disc, vertical preparation fixture with a pneumatic single point.

 

SIMPLE AND THEREFORE RELIABLE:

-Shuttle knob setting parameters are fast and accurate

-The multi-function panel is simple and intuitive, and the buttons have a good damping

-Speed, pressure and time are sleeplessly adjustable to meet more material preparation needs

-High-precision spindle and ultra-flat working plate, the sample during grinding and polishing is more flat and bright.
-The wheels are adjustable to go clockwise or counterclockwise
-The sample holder can be customized for different sizes and multiple holders.  Odd shapes are welcome.
